Central Virginia Battlefields is a nonprofit organization formed in 1996 that is dedicated to the preservation of Civil War battlefields in Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, The Wilderness, and Spotsylvania Court House areas in Virginia. We have helped preserve over 1,700 acres of historic, endangered terrain.

Together, we can preserve battleground and use this green space to teach stories of courage.
